This hotel is equal to 4 stars. Good value and favourable location. The downtown is within 20 minutes' walk. We were upgraded to bungalow on check in.

It was truly an ENJOYABLE stay. Hotel is very good connected to dawson falls, only 5 minutes walk.

Staff were all so attentive. We would recommend as we liked clearwater valley resort. The pool was a delight. Super base for a weekend in Clearwater.
